Marketing Systems & CRM Specialist - Legal/Professional Services | Toronto ON

Our client is recruiting for a Marketing Systems & CRM Specialist to join their team.  This position is strongly suited for an individual who is client service oriented and able to handle multiple events and communication projects with tight deadlines. The right candidate will be a self-starter, possessing excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.  They will work closely with the firm’s Marketing & Events Specialist and Senior Marketing Systems & CRM Specialist as well as the larger Marketing Team.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Maintain system configurations and provide technological support on various digital marketing and CRM platforms
  • Assist with technology and CRM initiatives and participate in digital marketing projects as assigned
  • Day-to-day assistance with digital and in-person events
  • Assist with the coordination and distribution of digital communications including: event invitations, event materials, newsletters, firm collateral, follow-up communications, surveys, general mailings, social media, biographies and website updates
  • Organize video content and other online materials including archived recordings
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of events, conferences/trade shows and all other marketing projects as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the firm’s Events Team and the Supervisor, Marketing Systems & CRM, as well as the larger Marketing Department
  • Adapt to new and changing technologies such as online meetings and webinar technology

Core Sills and Requirements:

  • Three years previous experience in a related or similar role, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Successful completion of post-secondary education in a related program
  • Ability to be flexible with daily schedule and willingness to work overtime as necessary
  • Capacity to travel off-site
  • Strength to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Handle time pressure situation and stress of multiple demands
  • Knowledge of online event and meeting platforms
  • Working knowledge of social media and other online systems
  • Awareness of a CRM system such as InterAction is an asset
  • Understanding of a digital marketing platform such as Vuture is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Desktop Publishing and Adobe design software experience is an asset
  • Basic accounting skills
